I help early stage consumer startups figure out how to launch and grow a new product, service, or physical location. In the process, I help your team build a go-to-market playbook so you can carry on the work when I’m not there.
I’ve led integrated marketing campaigns at high-growth startups like Rent the Runway, The Wing, Tia, Modern Animal and The Sill. While Marketing Director at The Wing, I built the go-to-market muscle to prepare the team to 2x its physical footprint.
I help early stage consumer startups build ambassador and influencer programs so they don’t have to rely on paid. I can build your program from scratch or audit your existing efforts and recommend areas for improvement.
I built Rent the Runway’s College Ambassador Program from scratch and grew it to 500 ambassadors across 75 campuses nationwide. While at Tia, I turned influencer marketing into the primary acquisition driver for the company, accounting for 40% of new member growth.
I help Seed through Series C consumer startups build the right marketing foundations, unlock organic growth channels, and avoid unforced errors.
I’ve spent 10 years inside marketing teams at high-growth companies like Rent the Runway, The Wing, and Tia. While Marketing Director at The Wing, I rebuilt the marketing team from 1 to 10 team members and oversaw priority programs across brand, growth, and creative.

The Sill's Williamsburg Opening

Led the development of The Sill’s new store opening plan in Williamsburg, BK. Developed a multi-channel plan including influencers, events, media, and partnerships.
The Wing's First Virtual Summit

Led the marketing strategy and implementation of The Wing’s first virtual event summit, Business as Unusual. Campaign resulted in +255% WoW application growth.
Tia's Influencer Program

Unlocked influencer marketing as a core acquisition and content generation driver for the business, accounting for 40% of new member growth in Q3 2022.
RTR Takes Over Washington, D.C.

Launched RTR’s first regional marketing campaign in D.C. to accelerate brand awareness. Campaign resulted in 104% YoY subscriber growth vs. 60% YoY growth in comparable markets.
World Wide Wing Newsletter

Captained the strategy and implementation of the World Wide Wing, a digital newsletter to generate interest in The Wing’s digital community offerings during the height of COVID-19.
Rent the Runway's College Rep Program

Built RTR’s award-winning college rep program to fuel brand awareness and acquisition. Scaled program from 50 to 500 Reps and increased college revenue from 2% to 10%.
